When do we get our Security Deposits back?

Your security deposits will be returned within 28 Days of the end of your tenancy provided that the contract has not been broken and that the property has been kept, and is returned in the condition that it was received in at the commencement of the tenancy.

When you move in to the property, you will be given an inventory and accompanying photos, which detail the condition of the property.  You are required to sign the inventory and photographs and will be given a copy for future reference.
