What bills are we required to pay and how do we pay them?

You will be responsible for Gas, Electric and Water.

When you move into your property, meter readings will be taken.  You will provide these readings to the service provider who will be happy to set up accounts in your name.

Students are exempt from Council Tax, but you are required to inform Newcastle City Council of your residency and they will issue you with an exemption certificate.

You are also responsible for any contracts you take out with Broadband providers, telephone companies and Satellite TV.
