Fenham
One of the largest sections of the city, Fenham is west of the centre and extends to the north of West Road. Fenham is a very popular area with students as it offers a combination of affordable accommodation and easy access to the city centre.
Although Fenham is not serviced by the Metro system, it does benefit from great bus links and is within easy walking distance from the centre and the main university campus’. Fenham also has extensive local amenities including shops and takeaways. Building and renewal continues and the teeming student population rubs shoulders with the locals. Fenham is a mixed and highly lively collection of people. |
